Unfortunately the free hosting at Byethost.com started to go downhill towards unusable (slow, way too much functionality blocked resulting in broken scripts, unreliable/buggy uploads, …), so I have bitten the bullet and paid for commercial hosting instead. http://janoc.rd-h.com/ is now the authoritative source for things such as libndofdev and my other software.
I have released version libndofdev-0.3 after two years. It seems that the kernel developers have changed the Linux input driver and the SpaceNavigator sends the more logical EV_ABS instead of EV_REL events in recent kernels (confirmed in 2.6.35).
